The Grand Lodge of Maryland, formally known as The Grand Lodge of Ancient, Free & Accepted Masons of Maryland, is the governing body of the largest group of Masonic lodges in Maryland (the next largest being the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Maryland). The Grand Lodge of Maryland follows the Anglo-American tradition of Freemasonry that is common in the United States. In 2018, the Grand Lodge reported a total membership of 16,146 Master Masons[1]. The current Grand Master is Most Worshipful Brother Frederick A. Spicer.[2]
