The Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Colorado, formally known as The Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Colorado, Utah and Wyoming, is the governing body of the second-largest group of Masonic lodges in Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. The Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Colorado follows traditions of Prince Hall Freemasonry and is recognized by the United Grand Lodge of England. As of 2021, the Grand Lodge reported a total membership of 833 Master Masons amongst 17 Lodges in the three states in its jurisdiction.[1] The Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Colorado is a member of the Prince Hall Conference of Grand Masters.[2]

The current Most Worshipful Grand Master is The Honorable Stefon Atmore.[3]
